How to apply

We recommend that you have the following information to hand before completing your Greene King Application.

Single & Joint applications

• National Insurance Number.
• Work Permit (If applicable).
• Personal Licence (If applicable).
• Details of any convictions, County Court judgements, bankruptcy or matters pending (If applicable).
• Current and past employment history.
• Qualifications history.
• References.
• Medical conditions or disabilities.

Our Application Process

Stage 1 - Applying

You can complete and submit your application online. We will acknowledge your application within 48 hours of receiving it.

Stage 2 - Acknowledgement

If you apply online you'll receive an electronic response acknowledging your application. If you posted your application, you'll receive a written response. Either way, you should receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours of us receiving your application.

Stage 3 - Consideration

Our central Recruitment Team will review your application. All successful candidates at this stage will be contacted within 28 days for a telephone-screening interview. Following this, you will be notified as to whether or not we wish to progress your application.

Stage 4 - Formal interview

If you are successful at stage 3 you will be invited to attend a formal interview or selection event. Within 7 working days of your interview/selection event we will advise you if you have been successful or not.

Stage 5 - Successful candidates

If your interview is successful we will retain your details on our Talent Bank. One of the central recruitment team will become your key contact to keep in touch with you. In the event that we have an immediate opportunity, you will be asked to submit a Business Plan for the relevant pub or hotel and attend a second interview with the Business Development Manager.
