There's nothing worse than not knowing what to expect from the application process. So to keep you informed, below we've briefly outlined what's involved at each stage and when you should expect to hear from us.
You can complete and submit your application online. We will acknowledge your application within 48 hours of receiving it.
If you apply online you'll receive an electronic response acknowledging your application. While if you posted your application, you'll receive a written response. Either way, you should receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours of us receiving your application.
Our central recruitment team will review your application. All successful candidates at this stage will be contacted within 28 days for a telephone-screening interview. Following your telephone-screening interview you will be notified as to whether or not we wish to progress your application.
If you are successful at stage 3 you will be invited to attend a formal interview or selection event. Within 7 working days of your interview/selection event we will advise you if you have been successful or not.
If your interview is successful we will retain your details on our talent bank. One of our central Recruitment and Training Managers will become your key contact and keep in touch with you. In the event that we have an immediate opportunity, you will be asked to submit a business plan for the relevant pub or hotel and attend a second interview with the Business Development Manager.
