What we look for in our managers

• The ability to attract the customers to the restaurant and bar.
• The ability to attract customers to book rooms.
• A strong track record of managing a hotel, coaching inn or restaurant.
• Experience of conferences and functions would also be an advantage.
• Ability to support and develop your team.
• Exceptional leadership skills.
