The Team Member of the Year award has been designed to reward the team member who has gone above and beyond the standards normally expected to support his or her colleagues and the business. Theresa Sturgess fits the bill perfectly.
Since starting at the Bull three years ago, aged 18, Theresa has proved herself to be a reliable, honest, trustworthy and a committed member of the team and also a good friend. She impressed the judges with her attitude to team work, her patience with her new colleagues, and constant willingness to help people, whether they be customers or team members.
Theresa has taken on the role of charity fundraiser at the Bull, and has organised a number of successful events and theme nights, including a race night and casino night, with donations going to local charities. Theresa is also in charge of organising promotional fun nights, which are run on a regular basis. These have been a great success and trade has dramatically increased as a result. Theresa is a real team player and she fully deserves this award!
