If you share those values you have the natural ability to deliver to your customers and your colleagues. Our intensive training will do the rest.

If you’re already managing a pub, we’ve structured training that will build on your current expertise, with a mix of ‘in-house training’ and induction training at our Bury St Edmunds Head Office, developing your knowledge of Greene King, our systems and processes and statutory compliance training. If you’re coming to us without any direct pub management experience, our detailed Designate Manager programme will build further on your initial training with anywhere between an additional 4-8 weeks’ in-house training, depending on your needs. Your training programme will be individually tailored with your Training Manager and throughout the whole process you’ll be able to rely on further support from your Business Development Manager.

We have training specifically designed and tailored for all our Team Member and Management roles giving all our people the chance to develop their skills, knowledge and career prospects within Greene King, so whatever your current experience, you’ll graduate from your training programme totally equipped to make the most of this opportunity!
