While we'll look after you financially, your salary will depend on the level you join us at and, of course, the complexity of the pub you take on. As a House Manager, you can also look forward to a performance related bonus of up to 100% of your salary. You don't have to wait until the end of the year for it either. It's paid every four or twelve weeks.
Additionally, you'll enjoy up to 30 days' annual leave, life assurance, private healthcare and, in the majority of cases, accommodation. After a year's service you'll also be able to join our group personal pension plan and employee profit share and share save schemes. A tidy little package all in all.
