An award winning training and development initiative, GET AHEAD is designed to help everyone in our business identify the learning opportunities that are open to them. The courses on offer will not only help you gain the skills you need to excel in your current role, but develop those you'll need to take your career to the next level.
This year we're really proud of the fact that GET AHEAD has received further national recognition. As well as reaching the finals in two categories of the British Institute of Innkeeping National Training Awards, we have also reached the finals of the IDG Food Industry Awards 2006 in the category for the "John Sainsbury Learning & Development Award". Previous winners include Marks & Spencer's, Asda and Cadbury's, so this is fantastic recognition at the highest level and against really big name competition.
